Krishnaraj Enterprises is an injection mould manufacturer and plastic injection moulding company in Bhosari, Pune. We design and build moulds in our own toolroom and use them to manufacture plastic components for industrial buyers.

Who we are
We are an engineering and manufacturing company focused on plastic injection moulding, injection mould manufacturing and the tooling behind them.
Most of our work starts with a buyer’s drawing, 3D model or sample part. We review whether it can be moulded well, design the mould, build it in our toolroom, trial it on our own machines and then supply the moulded components on an agreed schedule.
Keeping those stages together means one team is accountable for the tool and the part. When a dimension needs correcting or a design changes, the toolmaker and the moulding team are in the same building.

How we take a part from drawing to production
Engineering assessment
Review of 2D/3D part geometry, critical dimensions, draft angles, wall sections and material before any tooling decision.
Mould design
Parting line, gating, venting, cooling and ejection designed around the part and the machine it will run on.
Controlled production
Moulding with set process parameters, material drying where the polymer needs it, and in-process checks.
Inspection & dispatch
Dimensional and visual checks against your drawing, followed by packing suited to the part and the route.

Quality philosophy
Quality is designed into the tool first
Most moulding problems (sink, flash, warpage, short shots) are cheaper to prevent in the mould design than to correct on the machine. That is why our quality work starts at the drawing review and continues through first-article approval, in-process checks and pre-dispatch inspection.
