A moulded part has to fit, function and arrive on time, batch after batch.
As a plastic components manufacturer with our own toolroom, we control the three things that decide that: the mould, the moulding process and the inspection. Parts are made on horizontal, vertical and all-electric machines from 50T to 380T, from pilot batches through to repeat production.

FAQ
Component manufacturing: common questions
Do you manufacture plastic components to our own drawing?
Yes. Most of our component work is built to customer drawings. We review the drawing, design and build the mould, and supply the parts after sample approval.
Can you take over production from an existing mould?
Send details of the mould and the part. We will inspect the tool and confirm whether it can run on our machines, and whether it needs any correction first.
Do you supply small batches?
We mould pilot and sample batches during development as well as regular production. Economical batch size depends on the part and the tool, so we confirm it in the quotation.
