Industries & applications
Plastic components for the industries we serve
Our injection moulded parts go into automotive, electrical, infrastructure, industrial and consumer products. Here is what we make for each, and what those parts need to do.

01 · Automotive
Automotive plastic components
Typical applications: speed and temperature sensor housings, connector bodies and caps, bypass valve caps, and two-part housings for electronic units.
What the parts need: stable dimensions for mating and sealing, resistance to heat and vibration, and consistency across long production runs. Engineering grades such as PA and PBT are common here.

02 · Electrical & electronics
Electrical and electronic components
Typical applications: connector bodies and socket bases, terminal housings, two-part enclosures with latching covers, and parts with moulded-in metal terminals.
What the parts need: electrical insulation, accurate location of terminals and inserts, secure snap fits, and flame-retardant grades where the application specifies them.

03 · Electrical infrastructure
Earthing and electrical infrastructure
Typical applications: earthing pit chambers and covers supplied with fixings and a lifting key.
What the parts need: robust sections that hold their shape in the ground, covers that seat and lift reliably, and materials suited to outdoor exposure.

04 · Industrial components
Industrial equipment components
Typical applications: covers and panels, retainers and clips, caps, claw covers, tread pads and insert-moulded parts for machinery and equipment.
What the parts need: toughness, wear resistance where parts move or slide, and reliable fit with metal assemblies.

05 · Consumer products & appliances
Consumer product and appliance parts
Typical applications: door locks, handles and clips, shelf dividers, lever rods and overmoulded paddles.
What the parts need: consistent appearance and colour, snap fits that survive repeated use, and a surface finish buyers see and touch.

06 · Engineering applications
Custom parts for other engineering applications
If your industry is not listed, the process is the same: we review your drawing, design and build the mould, and supply the moulded part. Development projects can start with prototype tooling.
