Who we are

A plastic injection moulding company that builds its own moulds

Krishnaraj Enterprises is an injection mould manufacturer and plastic components manufacturer based in Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra.

Because mould design, toolmaking and moulding sit with one team, the people who build your tool are the people who run it. Feedback from the moulding floor goes straight back to the toolroom, and a change to the part does not have to pass between two suppliers.

  • Mould design with feasibility and mould-flow review
  • Prototype and series tools built in-house
  • Moulding on 50T–380T machines
  • Inspection against your drawing

How a project runs

From your drawing to dispatched parts

A typical injection moulding project with us, whether it starts from a drawing, a 3D model or a sample part.

01

Drawing review

We check geometry, draft, wall sections, material and volumes, and flag anything that will make the part hard to mould.

02

Mould design

Parting line, gating, cooling and ejection are designed and, where useful, checked with mould-flow simulation.

03

Tool build & trial

The mould is made in our toolroom and trialled on the machine it will run on.

04

Sample approval

First samples are measured against your drawing and corrected if required before production is released.

05

Production & dispatch

Parts are moulded, checked in process and before dispatch, packed and shipped to your schedule.

Quality

Every part is measured against your drawing

Quality starts with the tool: a mould that is designed and built correctly makes consistent parts. On the floor, we check parts at the first article, during the run and before they are packed.

  • First-article inspection on new and modified tools
  • In-process checks on critical dimensions and appearance
  • Profile projector, micrometers, bore gauges and pin gauges
  • Inspection records supplied with the parts on request

Why buyers work with us

Fewer hand-offs between tool and part

One point of responsibility

The same team designs the mould, builds it and moulds the part, so issues are fixed at the source.

Tooling kept in-house

Corrections, modifications and maintenance happen in our own toolroom, next to the machines.

Drawing-based inspection

Parts are released against the dimensions and finish on your drawing, not a generic checklist.
